About 35 km from Florence, in the heart of Mugello, close to the Casentino Forests. Londa is 7 km away (5–10 minutes by car); from there a final uphill stretch on country roads.

From the north (A1)

  1. Leave the A1 at Barberino del Mugello.
  2. Continue to Borgo San Lorenzo, then Dicomano.
  3. From Dicomano take the road to Contea, then Londa.

From the south (A1)

  1. Leave the A1 at Firenze Incisa.
  2. Continue to Pontassieve and Rufina.
  3. From Rufina take the road to Contea, then Londa.

From Londa (common final leg)

  1. Cross Londa and the bridge.
  2. Head towards Sanbucheta–Bucigna.
  3. Drive about 7 km uphill on the main road.
  4. At the «Casa Passerini» sign, turn left.
  5. Follow 500 m of unpaved road to the gate.
  6. From the gate, another 2 km of private farm track to the house.
